They are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and we make no guarantee that acting on a report will produce any particular outcome — including any specific search ranking, traffic level, or revenue result. You are responsible for independently verifying anything before you act on it.

We do notcollect phone numbers through this website, and we do not enroll you in text-message or SMS marketing through this site. 5. Client services

These Terms cover your use of this website. Any engagement for development, automation, or consulting services is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed by both parties. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level Up Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site or our free tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to this website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability for our client services, which is addressed in the applicable signed agreement.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
